One of our recent
Bellissimo Brides wore the most fabulous Jimmy Choos! They were truly stunning.
This has inspired us to find some of the most fabulous bridal shoes. We’ve thrown
practicality out of the window, this post is all about the beauty of the shoes!
High heels, lace and embellishment. What more can a girl ask for than a bit of
sparkle on her wedding day?! And if you ask us, your wedding day is the perfect
time to treat yourself to a very indulgent pair of shoes! Always dreamed of
owning a pair of Jimmy Choo’s? Well maybe now is the
time to invest guilt free! If you’re still feeling a little bit guilty about
treating yourself, then we’ll give one little bit of practical advice- buy a
pair that are classic and timeless and maybe in a colour other than ivory- that
way you could wear them for other ‘posh do’s’ in the future.
If you would love to wear
a pair of statement shoes for your wedding but are too nervous to walk down the
aisle in them then why not wear a lower pair of heels to walk down the aisle
and then quickly change them after- no one would ever know! Alternatively, if
you don’t want your feet to hurt too much to dance the night away, wear some
lower heels during the day and then change into some higher statement shoes for
the evening.

Very elegant 50's style peep toe shoes. The lace detailing and bow is enough to make these one of our ten most favourite Bridal shoes. Lace is always a great detail for Bridal wear- it looks elegant and pretty and very romantic.

Well, if they're good enough for Carrie Bradshaw! (She wore the blue version of these when she finally married Big!) Personally I think
we've saved the best until last- very vintage in style, which makes them
very on trend. A simple, classic shaped court shoe which is just
stunning. The crystal buckle is very elegant and lavish- you'll feel
like you're in the 1950's, well known as Christian Dior's Golden Age of
Couture.
